The Elevate Contact Bonding Adhesive Green – 2.5L is a premium contact adhesive formulated for use with Elevate Rubbercover EPDM membranes. It is perfect for bonding EPDM to vertical surfaces, perimeter upstands, and detailing areas where traditional adhesives cannot be used. Its green colour offers clear visual guidance during application, ensuring complete coverage and accurate installation. The 2.5L size is perfect for smaller roofing jobs, repairs, or detailed work where precision is key. To measure for fascia boards, simply measure the length of the roof edge where the boards will be fitted. For full replacement, also measure the height from the bottom of the rafters to just under the roof tiles. Don’t forget to account for joins, corners, and end caps, and it's always smart to add a little extra to allow for cuts and adjustments.

Capping boards (also known as ‘cap-over’ boards) are thinner and designed to be fitted over existing timber fascias that are still in good condition. Full replacement fascia boards are thicker, stronger, and used when replacing old timber completely. If the existing timber is damaged or rotting, full replacement is the way to go.
