Two-Component Aliphatic Polyurethane Resin used to coat and protect the ULTRAFLEX® aromatic polyurethane liquid membrane.
Once applied, ULTRATOP WR forms a flexible, continuous film with a gloss finish, excellent adherence and outstanding mechanical properties. Its resistance to abrasion and stress make it resilient to weathering, extreme temperatures, and UV radiation.

ULTRATOP WR is UV-resistant and has been specially formulated for contact with chlorinated water, even on completely immersed surfaces. great for coating swimming pools, ponds, canals and other water features. Easy to clean and maintain. Resistant to algae and mould growth.

Our uPVC fascia boards can last 20-30 years. They’re resistant to rot, warping, and weather damage, and require minimal upkeep. For your peace of mind, we offer a 20-year guarantee against cracking, warping or discolouration.

To measure for fascia boards, simply measure the length of the roof edge where the boards will be fitted. For full replacement, also measure the height from the bottom of the rafters to just under the roof tiles. Don’t forget to account for joins, corners, and end caps, and it's always smart to add a little extra to allow for cuts and adjustments.

Capping boards (also known as ‘cap-over’ boards) are thinner and designed to be fitted over existing timber fascias that are still in good condition. Full replacement fascia boards are thicker, stronger, and used when replacing old timber completely. If the existing timber is damaged or rotting, full replacement is the way to go.
