The Elevate Quickprime Plus – 3.78L is a premium-quality primer used to clean and prepare EPDM membranes for the installation of self-adhesive components like Quickseam tapes, patches, and flashing. It removes surface dirt and oxidation while promoting strong adhesion between the EPDM membrane and sealing products. Quickprime Plus is applied using a scrubbing pad to ensure thorough coverage and maximum bonding effectiveness. To measure for fascia boards, simply measure the length of the roof edge where the boards will be fitted. For full replacement, also measure the height from the bottom of the rafters to just under the roof tiles. Don’t forget to account for joins, corners, and end caps, and it's always smart to add a little extra to allow for cuts and adjustments.

Capping boards (also known as ‘cap-over’ boards) are thinner and designed to be fitted over existing timber fascias that are still in good condition. Full replacement fascia boards are thicker, stronger, and used when replacing old timber completely. If the existing timber is damaged or rotting, full replacement is the way to go.
