The Elevate Rubbercover EPDM Wall Drain – 100mm x 100mm is specifically made to drain water from roof areas through walls or parapets. perfect for situations where conventional roof drains are not suitable, this unit channels rainwater away from the roof into downpipes or external drainage systems. Its flexible EPDM flange ensures a watertight connection with the roofing membrane, while the UV-resistant body offers long-lasting performance. To measure for fascia boards, simply measure the length of the roof edge where the boards will be fitted. For full replacement, also measure the height from the bottom of the rafters to just under the roof tiles. Don’t forget to account for joins, corners, and end caps, and it's always smart to add a little extra to allow for cuts and adjustments.

Capping boards (also known as ‘cap-over’ boards) are thinner and designed to be fitted over existing timber fascias that are still in good condition. Full replacement fascia boards are thicker, stronger, and used when replacing old timber completely. If the existing timber is damaged or rotting, full replacement is the way to go.
