Topcoat for Ultraflex liquid system on flat roofs which offers a protection layer. Ultratop is an well suited finish coat for balconies, walkways, maintenance strips and other applications in flat roofing.
Ultratop is a single component aliphatic polyurethane resin to be used as topcoat for UltraFlex liquid membrane. It has a glossy finish and forms a flexible, continuous film, with excellent adhesion and mechanical properties as its excellent resistance to abrasion and stress that make it resistant to weathering, extreme temperatures and UV radiation. Ultratop offers a 15 year guarantee which extends to 20 years if installed by an approved fitter. Ultratop can be applied as a non-slip finish by applying a thin layer of Ultratop and broadcast silica sand or aggregate. If required, an additional layer of Ultratop can be applied on the aggregate to encapsulate the anti-slip system.

To measure for fascia boards, simply measure the length of the roof edge where the boards will be fitted. For full replacement, also measure the height from the bottom of the rafters to just under the roof tiles. Don’t forget to account for joins, corners, and end caps, and it's always smart to add a little extra to allow for cuts and adjustments.

Capping boards (also known as ‘cap-over’ boards) are thinner and designed to be fitted over existing timber fascias that are still in good condition. Full replacement fascia boards are thicker, stronger, and used when replacing old timber completely. If the existing timber is damaged or rotting, full replacement is the way to go.
